they send them to the proper services and resources available.

This department helps the participants who have completed their program, the former
participants of all programs at PETITES-MAINS, the men and women on the waiting lists in the Placement and Referral services , to find a job satisfying for the employees and the employers.
A network of employers, partners and collaborators is based on trust,
honesty and professionalism.

Contents :

Individual meetings with a social worker, orientation and
referral towards the available resources . Our participants
may also profit from a stage in an enterprise, in many
fields. Certain stages may open to a job offer.
In order to guarantee satisfaction for both the participants and the partners,
an on-going follow-up takes place and visits are often paid to enterprises.

Supervision :

PETITES-MAINS visits each partner in order to facilitate the hiring of personnel
and to make sure that participants get a job that offer s good conditions
and respects the persons and the norms .
Employers are aware of the social mission we have at PETITES-MAINS.

Admissibility :

    * Permanent residency Status or citizen
    * 18 years old and +
